My goodness, the first time I had a family film of my own – I was just in awe! I re watch it all the time (along with my wedding video). It allowed me to bottle up the giggles from our little toddlers in a bottle! 

You don’t have a mirror on yourself when you are with your children. Granted we don’t want that mirror all the time–HA, but we definitely are searching for those memories in our hearts when you notice a chapter turning. It is what we hang on to with a tight grip. I watch our own videos a lot for this reason.
