It is a true honor to document your truth and capture images that represent your family and the bond you share. The experience is as much a part of this process as the artwork. These images will tell the story of the art that is truly your heart. If you strip it all away, the only thing we have is today and the people close to us. I take this work with immense responsibility to produce the most valuable product possible.
You can book this experience on the Investment Tab. Please fill out the form with ideal dates/ location you have in mind. I will receive your inquiry and respond with the best date that aligns with my calendar and officially “book” you.Â
From there you will receive more information about the location and how to prepare for the hike/drive up logistics.
If you have elected hair & makeup then you will also be connected with your stylists to work out service logistics prior to the experience.Â
We will work on styling you from a combination from My wardrobe, your wardrobe and any extra online purchases that need to be made to complete the aesthetic.Â
From there we anticipate our time together!

All 3 of these components come together in creating the unique and personal outcome in this artwork. They lend to your comfort level, allowing individual personalities to immerse in the space during our time together. The color palette also allows for the highest quality authenticity with editing in the ideal landscapes. Skin tone is also a huge component in how we select color hues against the landscape as well.Â
We will connect via zoom/ or phone chat to work through this process collaboratively.
Additionally, I do provide a wardrobe video of over 50+ custom dresses for Women, toddler and newborn heirloom pieces. You’ll have an opportunity to select pieces from my wardrobe to wear in combination with style & select.
Working with Hair & Makeup
I recommend you book hair and makeup for your session – nothing overly dramatic. Its about you being natural, this service is more so for you to relax and feel taken care of.
To put it in perspective – this is an experience and these images will be on your wall. Feeling your best is absolutely essential for you and for the confident and relaxed vibe you will have when during the time.
I will make suggestions regarding angles that flatter, as well as position you properly with slightly contorting your body. I have this responsibility so trust in me with producing flattering images of you.

Getting the most out of your Experience
I thrive in my craft when individuals embrace the present with each other, allowing me to find the story and purely document Personalities are so cool and interesting; embracing all the emotions and letting individuals be free to express them is how you gain the authenticity in your gallery. These special locations have been tried and true; allowing individuals to open up and make space, engage with the landscape and invite whatever energy comes from the vibe.
Try to put the A-type personality away and let your hair down. Your with those near and dear to you so keep a relaxed posture and demeanor and take the pressure away by allowing me to encourage tasks (running with your children, picking flowers, snuggle in close watching the sunset . . . grumpy child? throw them on your back and look for animals, airplanes and chase another family member . . . .etc)
Lastly, if you are tense and talk about this time together negatively (meaning giving a ton of instruction prior) then this experience will be daunting for all. reverse the head mechanics and talk about the adventure!
 You are not awkward . . . not when you are in a free space with your loved ones. If you have done the self worth work, then you are ready for this experience.
Planning Logistics
- Â Inclement Weather- I will stay on track of monitoring weather prior to your session – If you are not flexible on dates based on your vacation stay then we will work to change locations that have more suitable conditions.Â
- I always have lighting equipment on hand for “after sunset” descents back to the trailheads. Additionally, I always carry layers for changing weather in the elevation.
- Our start time will depend on drive and hike time. Ideally, we are in our element and thriving at our final destination 1 hour prior to sunset. (Sessions are scheduled 1-2 hours prior to sunset. Please consider that summer sessions start later in the evening and winter, earlier evening. (Nap times will need to be adjusted to achieve my style of photography.)
- Unless noted, within the location details on the Investment Guide, there are no restrooms. Nature is our restroom and changing areas as we prepare for the time together. This generally goes very smoothly.
- Bug spray is a must from April-September
- Hydration is essential at every location, please bring water canteens.
- I will prepare you, after booking for additional details regarding the hikes and wardrobeÂ
The Artwork
The value within our time is the process of receiving a proofing gallery. I select viable images from your session with a light color correction. From this proofing gallery you will be able to select the images you emotionally connect with for a full edit. In combination with your fully edited selections you will also be gifted the full color corrected proofing gallery, as well. You can expect your proofing gallery approximately 1 week after your session. Your final edited gallery will be completed 1-2 weeks after you have made your selections from your proofing gallery The gallery will have both Hi Res and Web Based options for download.
